Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Clipblox (“Clipblox,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website and dashboard (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You may sign up using Google OAuth or an email and password; either way, you must verify your email address before submitting clips or requesting withdrawals.

Clipblox hosts campaigns published by advertisers describing the content they are looking for, the platforms they accept, a rate per 1,000 views, a weekly earnings cap, and a submission deadline. By submitting a clip to a campaign, you represent that:

• The content is your own original work and complies with the campaign’s rules.
• The submitted video is public, meets the campaign’s minimum view requirement, and was published within the campaign’s maximum upload age.
• The video contains the required watermark for the entire duration of the clip.
• You have not used bots, purchased engagement, or otherwise artificially inflated views, likes, or comments.
• The same clip has not been submitted to Clipblox before, whether by you or another creator.

We review submissions and may approve or reject them at our discretion based on the campaign’s published rules. Rejected submissions will include a reason where practical. Approving a submission does not guarantee a specific payout amount — earnings are calculated from verified views, subject to each campaign’s rate and weekly cap.

Approved earnings accrue to your Clipblox balance. You may request a withdrawal once your available balance meets the published minimum withdrawal amount. A flat withdrawal fee applies to every withdrawal request, as shown at the time you submit it. Withdrawals are reviewed before payout and may be approved, rejected, or, once approved, marked as paid to your chosen destination (Litecoin, Ethereum, Solana, or Cash App). You are responsible for providing an accurate destination address or username — Clipblox is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect destination you provided.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, click farms, or paid engagement services to inflate submission metrics.
• Submit content that is hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, or infringes another party’s rights.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent campaign caps or platform restrictions.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or the admin panel without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms, submitting fraudulent content, or engaging in conduct that harms the Service, other creators, or advertisers. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings; doing so permanently removes your profile, submissions, and withdrawal history.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any campaign will remain active, that any submission will be approved, or that any specific earnings amount will be achieved. Campaign availability, rates, and requirements may change at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipblox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of earnings or lost content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
